We reserve the right to make any changes and additions. Only the project coordinator and the state coordinators (in consultation with the project coordinator) may make changes and additions. Any other changes and additions are not permitted.
We only support what emerges from our materials and distance ourselves from all changes and additions made or added by others without our permission.
*Our trained multipliers go through the following steps before they are certified by us: training, assisting in a workshop and the organisation of their own workshop in close cooperation with us. All our multipliers submit an extended police clearance certificate, sign our child protection declaration and a declaration on the obligatory naming of authorship in all multiplier activities. All these steps are prerequisites for official certification. Our multipliers also undertake to always and clearly mention authorship.
Since we want to reach as large a target group as possible with our material, it is freely accessible, at least in parts. Unfortunately, it happens that it is used by institutions and/or individuals who have made changes contrary to our copyright. We will take action against any person/organisation who has made changes or additions to our programme without having consulted us closely and obtained our permission in advance. In case of doubt, please contact us!
If we plan a training course or workshop together with you, the following applies:
(1) It is not permitted to use the material or parts thereof separately from Liebe ohne Zwang and Netzwerk gegen Menschenhandel e. V. or to create new, own material from it.
(2) Liebe ohne Zwang and its materials may be advertised via its own channels (e.g. social media, website, newsletter, etc.). It must always be stated that "Liebe ohne Zwang" is a project of the "Netzwerk gegen Menschenhandel e.V.". The website www.liebe-ohne-zwang.de and www.netzwerkgm.de can also be linked. For print media, prior written approval must be given by Netzwerk gegen Menschenhandel e.V.
(3) Only the trained workshop or training leaders have the right to appear publicly as representatives of Lieb ohne Zwang.

(i) The use of the material/work serves prevention and educational workshops on the subject matter contained in the work. The work deals with the so-called "loverboy method" (romeo-pimp method) of human trafficking, in which mainly young people are tricked into a love relationship with the aim of later sexually exploiting them.

(vi) Any infringement may be prosecuted with civil claims for injunctive relief, information, accounting and damages (§§ 97, 101 UrhG, §§ 259 ff., 249 ff. BGB) and as a criminal offence or an administrative offence (§§ 106, 111a UrhG).
